General & Scope
Are you a server hosting company?
No. KisuDev is a specialized development, configuration, and optimization agency. You purchase hosting from your provider of choice (such as PebbleHost, Bloom, Hetzner, or OVH), and we configure 100% of the server software, plugins, modpacks, and custom Java code.
Do I need to share my server hosting login credentials?
You can either grant us sub-user access via hosting panel permissions (e.g. Pterodactyl panel sub-user email), SFTP access, or we can build the server entirely on our staging environment and send you a single-click zip backup package.
Which Minecraft versions do you support?
We support all Java Edition versions (1.8 through 1.21+) including Paper, Spigot, Purpur, Folia, Velocity, and BungeeCord. For modded servers, we support Forge, Fabric, NeoForge, and Sponge.
Delivery & Warranties
How fast is delivery?
Standard server setups are completed in 2 to 5 business days. Custom Java plugin development and full network builds take between 1 and 3 weeks depending on milestone complexity.
What is your post-launch warranty policy?
Every completed project includes 30 days of free bug-fix warranty. If any configuration glitch or custom plugin error arises after launch, our team fixes it at zero extra charge.
Will I receive the full source code for custom plugins?
Yes! All custom Java plugins created by KisuDev include complete uncompiled source code hosted in a private GitHub repository transferred directly to your account.
Payments & Invoicing
How do payments work?
Once we review your project request, we issue a clear quote with statement of work. You pay securely via credit card, Debit, or Stripe. For large enterprise projects, milestone payments (50% upfront, 50% upon delivery) are available.
Can I upgrade my server setup later?
Absolutely. Many of our clients start with a Starter SMP setup and return for custom plugin development or Velocity network expansion as their player count grows.
